I do not think you should have 500 different submissions to the same directory as they will look like artificial links. You should submit the website to one directory only once. It's nice that you have so many keywords and anchor texts for the same site. Your submissions (anchor text) will differ from directory to directory and every submission will look unique and natural to SE. Hello,
