Copyright protects the integrity of whatever it is protecting... hence, any semblance to it intended to "affect, discredit or take away the profits" from that copyrighted material or name or icon or whatever intangible right it is...then you could claim protection from the law. It all depends on how good your lawyer is in arguing that point and how much provenance you proffer to cite that indeed foo.net has malice against your foo.com.</description>
